Arte will livestream Epica’s set at Hellfest on Saturday !

On Saturday 25th at 5:55 PM CET (11:55 AM in NYC/8:55 AM in LA), Arte will be livestreaming the band’s set at Hellfest Open Air.

Epica postpones/cancels 2 shows due to a COVID case within the band

Sad news for Epica fans who were supposed to see the band at Bibelot and Z7 Open Air this week. The band posted the following message :

Unfortunately, due to a COVID case within our band, we are forced to postpone tonight’s sold-out show in Dordrecht to August 31st, tickets will remain valid. Our appearance at Z7 Open Air will be canceled, sorry for any inconvenience 😞 We will be back on the road next week !

The band will play 3 shows next week at Basinfirefest (Czech Republic), in Saarbrücken (Germany) and at Hellfest (France).

A live stream of the band’s performance at Hellfest will be available for those who can’t attend.

Epica is back with shows in Israel, Turkey and Austria

Epica is back for the festival season after the Mexican tour last month. The band played shows at Barby Club (Israel), KüçükÇiftlik Park (Turkey) and Novarock (Austria). The setlists were the same (except Kingdom of Heaven Pt. 3, Cry for the Moon and Omega weren’t played at Novarock due to the shorter time on stage) and Simone wore her iconic Ωmega Alive outfit.

At Novarock, Simone and Mark met Måneskin and took some photos with the band ! How cool is that ? You can find them here.

Epica ends biggest Mexican tour yet with shows in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosi and León

It’s a wrap ! After six more incredible shows, Epica ended the biggest Mexican tour in the band’s history. While Monterrey had a different setlist, Guadalajara, Puebla, Querétaro and San Luis Potosi had the same with Consign to Oblivion at the end (~~I still don’t know about León, if you can help me with the setlist please message me !~~ edit : I found and added the setlist).

In Monterrey and San Luis Potosi, Simone wore the lovely dress from Toluca again. In León, she wore the outfit from Ωmega Alive, Area 53, Yunak Stadium, 3-Majówkę and Mexico City. In Puebla, she wore the same skirt but with a semi-transparent top. In Guadalajara and Querétaro, she used the same skirt again but with a polka dot top (Seems familiar ? It’s the one she used here for the Epica beer photoshoot !).

Now, the band members are back in Europe (except for Mark who’s still in Mexico) and are getting some rest before the next show in Israel on June, 7th 2022. Unfortunately, Simone and her son Vincent are both sick with Covid, so we hope they’ll get well soon !
